As Bar Manager, you will:
Oversee daily bar operations
Lead, train, and motivate the bar team
Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Maintain high standards of service and presentation
Develop and refine cocktails, wine, and drinks menus
Ensure compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations
Drive sales and profitability through smart bar management
What we are looking for;
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or strong Assistant Bar Manager ready to step up
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong knowledge of cocktails, italian wine, and spirits
Experience with stock control and margin management
Ability to thrive in a busy service environment

Restaurant Manager
1800Lasagne is seeking an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our venue and drive a high standard of service, team culture, and profitability.
This role is ideal for a confident hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead services on the floor
Manage, train, roster, and support the front-of-house team
Lead by example with warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation
Manage reservations, floor plans, and guest flow
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
Uphold the venue’s Italian hospitality values and neighbourhood feel
Ensure cocktails, wine service, and music selection align with the venue’s identity
Monitor labour costs, staffing levels, and service efficiency
Assist with stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination
Ensure compliance with OH&S, food safety, and liquor licensing
Support a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture
About You
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Senior FOH Leader
Strong leadership skills with a calm, hands-on approach
Confident running busy services and managing teams
A natural host with excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Appreciation for Italian food culture, wine, cocktails, and music
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and a great workplace
