As Bar Manager, you will:

  • Oversee daily bar operations

Restaurant Manager

1800Lasagne is seeking an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our venue and drive a high standard of service, team culture, and profitability.

This role is ideal for a confident hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead services on the floor

  • Manage, train, roster, and support the front-of-house team

  • Lead by example with warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service

  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation

  • Manage reservations, floor plans, and guest flow

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care

  • Uphold the venue’s Italian hospitality values and neighbourhood feel

  • Ensure cocktails, wine service, and music selection align with the venue’s identity

  • Monitor labour costs, staffing levels, and service efficiency

  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination

  • Ensure compliance with OH&S, food safety, and liquor licensing

  • Support a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture

About You

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Senior FOH Leader

  • Strong leadership skills with a calm, hands-on approach

  • Confident running busy services and managing teams

  • A natural host with excellent communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Appreciation for Italian food culture, wine, cocktails, and music

  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and public holidays
